Shipping & Delivery
We provide transport in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad. Orders placed in the Czech Republic by 10:00 a.m. Monday to Thursday will be received by the next day. If you order after 10:00 on Friday, your goods will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the shipment by the customer for unworn goods. As a Customer, you are obliged to inform us by email before returning the goods, and only in the case of:
- I received the wrong item
- Goods arrived contrary to expectations (e.g. damaged packaging)
- The goods were defective
The returned product(s) must be in its original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged and unworn. This means that the goods must be securely packaged for protection during transit, or in the same box that was used when shipped to you as the customer.
